The service

sites.katek.app is a content management service for agency-built websites. Access is granted by the agency that onboarded you and is governed by their agreement with you.

Acceptable use

Don't use this service to host or publish content that is unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, malicious, or that violates third-party rights. Don't attempt to break, abuse, or extract data from the platform.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you publish. By using the service you grant us the right to store, render, and serve that content to your visitors.

GHL integration

If you access this service via a GoHighLevel sub-account, you authorize us to use the location and user identity passed to us by GHL to route you to the correct site within this service.

No warranty; liability cap

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, the operators' liability is limited to fees paid by the agency in the preceding twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
